Sir Doug Nicolls Round
Waalitj Marawar v Narrm
Sunday, May 19 | 4.20pm (AWST) | Optus Stadium / Whadjuk
Gates open 2.15pm

This Sunday, join us for a special celebration as we take on Narrm (Melbourne) in our Sir Doug Nicholls Round 10 match at Optus Stadium!

Once again, we are coming together to celebrate and recognise First Nations people and cultures across rounds 10 and 11 of the 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season. The team will be wearing our 2024 First Nations Guernsey, designed by Yamatji artist Loretta Egan. To learn more on the inspiration behind the guernsey, watch the video below. You can also check out all clubs’ First Nation guernsey designs and vote for the West Coast Eagles guernsey here - which is currently leading the poll.

During Sir Doug Nicholls Round and other First Nations celebrations for 2024, we will feature the Noongar language translation of the West Coast Eagles - Waalitj Marawar, 'Eagles of the West'.
