The West Coast Eagles Football Club’s Privacy Policy is based on the National Privacy Principles (NPP’s) in the Privacy Act and governs how the West Coast Eagles Football Club handles the personal information it collects, uses, discloses and stores.

Why would we not give you access to your personal information?
In some circumstances we may not allow you access to some of the personal information we hold about you and if this occurs, we will write to you to explain our reasons for denying you access.

What can you do if you have a complaint?

When we receive your complaint, we will ensure that it is handled by the most appropriate person. This person will review your complaint, consider the facts and will provide a response as soon as possible.
If the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, it will be referred to the relevant Manager.
